Clos Lentiscus Perill Blanc is an extraordinary still white wine made from 100% Xarel.lo, showcasing the elegance and complexity of biodynamic winemaking in Catalunya’s Garraf Mountains. The 80-year-old vines, rooted in sandy chalk soils at elevations of 220-310m, lend depth and character to this natural masterpiece. Hand-harvested and whole-cluster fermented with indigenous yeasts, the wine undergoes 15 days of skin maceration in 300-liter amphoras, followed by 7 months of aging in the same vessel. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, and with zero added SO2, this wine exemplifies purity and authenticity.
The result is a wine with high mineral content, vibrant complexity, and a long, creamy-spicy finish. Perill Blanc captures the essence of its unique terroir, offering a seamless blend of precision, texture, and style that appeals to the most refined palates.
