Biurko Gorri, meaning “from two red rivers” in Basque, stands as one of the oldest organic-certified producers in Spain's most renowned wine region, La Rioja. Nestled at the base of the Sierra de Cantabria mountains, their vineyards are a testament to natural, sustainable farming. Biurko Gorri has made waves for their innovative approach, being the only winery selected by the European Union to eliminate SO2 usage in favor of natural alternatives.
