Cyprien Lireux

Artisanal cider and perry from Normandy, France.

Cyprien Lireux is a young producer based in southern Normandy, working with traditional orchards and old local varieties. His approach is rooted in a deep connection to the land and a desire to preserve regional fruit heritage.

Fruits are hand-harvested from untreated high-stem orchards, often revived from abandoned sites. Fermentations are slow and carried out with indigenous yeasts, with no filtration and no added sulphites or additives.

Alongside classic cider and perry, Cyprien also explores co-fermentations, combining apples, pears and other fruits. The result is a range of precise, vibrant and naturally sparkling drinks that reflect both tradition and experimentation.
