Biodynamic wines from Serrania de Ronda, Andalusia.

Founded by Friedrich Schatz in 1982, the winery is located in the mountains of Serrania de Ronda in southern Spain. Working organically and biodynamically from the beginning, the estate focuses on small-scale production at Finca Sanguijuela, where different grape varieties were carefully tested to adapt to the local soils and conditions.

Today, the winery produces a range of red, white and rose wines from hand-harvested grapes, combining traditional knowledge with modern techniques to create wines that are lively, balanced and expressive of their origin.
