This Mediterranean white wine embodies the essence of autochthonous varieties Cartoixà (85%) and Macabeu (15%). Crafted from old organic vines growing on low-fertility sandy loam soils, the wine reflects the care and sustainability of Celler 9+'s philosophy. The Marinada sea breeze gently ripens the grapes, protecting them from excess heat and ensuring vibrant freshness.

Fermented naturally in stainless steel tanks and aged for 9 months on lees, this sulfite-free wine offers a pure and natural expression of its terroir. Aromas of Mediterranean and tropical fruits, quince, and honey greet the nose, while the palate reveals a broad, fresh, and structured profile with a delicate hint of citrus and a long, ripe fruit finish.
