Chen!n (Chenin Lab)

Chenin Lab (Chen!n) showcases Chenin Blanc grown on volcanic basalt soils in Vicenza. Grapes are direct‑pressed with no skin contact, fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged for 12 months in neutral barrels.

It has pale golden colour with aromas of white peach, citrus zest and wet stone; the palate is precise and elegant, showing mineral tension, ripe orchard fruit and gentle creaminess. Chenin Blanc is known for high acidity and flavours of quince, apple, pear and chamomile this wine carries those traits with a savoury finish.
