Chic Brut Nature

Chic Brut Nature is Tenuta L’Armonia’s amphora‑macerated sparkling wine from Vicenza. Chardonnay and Durella grapes are grown on volcanic tufaceous soils; a portion macerates for eight days in amphora while the rest is pressed directly to retain acidity.

The base wine ages for at least six months in large wooden barrels and then re‑ferments in bottle with its own must. After 18 months on the lees the wine is disgorged without dosage or fining. Expect bright straw colour, persistent bubbles and aromas of citrus, white peach and brioche with a savoury, mineral finish.
