Clar – Skin-Contact Mediterranean White
Clar is an exciting skin-contact white wine made with 80% Xarel·lo and a blend of Chardonnay, Malvasia de Sitges, Parellada, and Garnacha Blanca. Certified biodynamic, the grapes are hand-harvested and macerated on their skins for 5-12 days, spontaneously fermented with native yeasts, and aged in clay amphora for a year. Bottled unfiltered and without sulfites, Clar bursts with authenticity and texture.
Expect aromas of stone fruits, herbs, and citrus, with a textured palate and lingering minerality.
