Following spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts, the wine ages for a year in old French oak, two years in underground cement tanks, and refines further in bottle. Bottled without filtration or additions, Faust reveals deep aromas of ripe red fruits, earth, and spices, with a long, textured finish.
