Fizei White

Fizei White comes from the Lisboa/Tejo region. Two‑thirds of the Arinto grapes ferment in open French oak barrels where they age on their skins for six months; the remaining third ferments like a classic white in stainless steel.

The result is a natural wine that’s fresh and vibrant with low intervention. Mur Wine notes that this blend of Fernão Pires and Arinto is hand‑harvested and bottled unfiltered; it offers vibrant floral and fruity notes with medium acidity, herbal nuances and lively energy
