Amphora macerated wines with great pulp and fruit. Freak is L'Armonia's Orange style wine, a blend of old vines Durella and Chardonnay.
The Durella macerates for 8 months in amphora. The Chardonnay is pressed directly and fermented and aged in large oak barrels, then added to the rest of the wine. It ages for a further 6 months in cement for better stabilisation. Freak is a fresh, upright macerate with an incredible savouriness that makes it very gastronomic. Unfiltered.
