Magma 2021

Magma is a natural red from La Micro Winerie in the Entre‑Deux‑Mers. A blend of 75 % Cabernet Sauvignon and 25 % Merlot is fermented with minimal intervention and aged for 12 months using a double élevage: 60 % in barriques and 40 % in amphorae.

The wine offers expressive notes of ripe black fruits—blackcurrant, blueberry and black cherry—along with a smoky hint

On the palate it is powerful and structured yet fresh, with silky tannins and a long, spicy finish.

Serve it with grilled steak, roasted vegetables or a charcuterie board.
