Crafted from 80-year-old Macabeu vines, this amphora-aged orange wine undergoes a 12-week maceration, bringing out its layered texture and deep flavors. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts ensures a pure expression of the vineyard. Aged for 4 months in clay amphora, this wine is unfined and unfiltered.
