WINEMAKING / SOIL Clay limestone. Wine made from grapes grown on clay- limestone soils on hillsides. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts at a controlled temperature. Aged for 7 months in French oak barrels and battonage.
TASTING Greenish color, unpronounceable exotic aroma, citrus and with a crackling acidity.
PAIRING Grilled fish and seafood.
