SOIL Clay limestone WINEMAKING Wine made from grapes grown on clay- limestone soils on hillsides. Fermentation is carried out by indigenous yeasts at a controlled temperature, with fermentation finishing in barrels after presing. Aged for 14 months in used French oak barrels. TASTING Violet in color, with an aroma that transports us to Burgundy due to the typical characteristics of the grape variety, round in the mouth, but with a marked Atlantic freshness.
