Salut! 1L

Salut! is an orange wine in a litre bottle made from 89 % Sumoll and 11 % Cartoixà, grown organically near the Mediterranean. After destemming and a short cold soak, fermentation begins with a ‘peu de cuba’ and the wine rests on its skins before bottling.

According to its producer, Salut! displays floral scents of rose, orange blossom and violet, plus red fruits such as strawberries, cherries and raspberries; the palate is fruity, soft and fresh with good acidity, and tannins from Cartoixà give pleasant rusticity 

This litre of good vibes pairs with paella, white meats and local cheeses
