Señor Sparky

Technical: Organic vineyards located in Torvizcón–Cástaras, Sierra de la Contraviesa (Granada) at 1,200 metres altitude, on schist and quartzite soils with north-facing slopes. Grapes harvested early September 2022, destemmed and crushed, macerated for one hour, and gently pressed in a vertical manual press. Fermented slowly, bottled in November 2022, and disgorged in spring 2025. No additives; total SO₂: 10 mg/L, alcohol 12.5%.

Profile: Light pink with a delicate, natural haze and fine bubbles. Aromas of wild strawberry, blood orange, and dried herbs, with subtle mineral undertones. On the palate — bright acidity, red fruit juiciness, and a dry, crisp finish touched by the freshness of the mountains.

Character & style:
Vibrant, joyful, and unconventional a high-altitude sparkling rosé that embodies the wild energy of the Sierra de la Contraviesa. Crafted with patience and precision, it’s pure, expressive, and beautifully alive. A limited-production gem (very small quantities).
