Tinalhas
Tinalhas is an amphora‑aged red from the Beira Interior region. It is a blend of 75 % Touriga Nacional and 25 % Baga harvested by hand and fermented with native yeasts.
The best barrels, stainless‑steel tanks and clay amphorae from the vintage were blended, then the wine spent additional time on skins and lees. The result is deep garnet with aromas of ripe dark fruit, toasty spice and earthy undertones. On the palate it is powerful yet balanced with robust tannins and a long finish.
Ideal with rich, slow‑cooked meats or hearty vegetarian stews.
