Cava Brut Nature
Vita Vivet’s Cava Brut Nature is made from organically grown Macabeu, Xarel·lo and Parellada vines averaging 50 years old. Grapes are hand‑harvested and vinified separately before blending.
Secondary fermentation takes place in bottle using the traditional method, with 12 months ageing on lees and no dosage. The result is a pale straw wine with fine, persistent bubbles, aromas of green apple, lemon zest and white flowers, and a refreshing mineral finish.
Its crisp acidity and soft texture make it the perfect aperitif or a match for shellfish and tapas.
