Shipping Policy

1. General Information
We aim to provide fast and reliable shipping to our customers. All orders are processed within [1-3 business days] (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship our products to all countries within the EU and selected international destinations. If your location is not listed during checkout, please contact us at marketing@mur.wine to inquire about shipping options.

3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size of the package, and the destination. Below are the estimated delivery times:
    •    Within Portugal: 2-5 business days
    •    Within the EU: 5-10 business days
    •    International: 10-15 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance for international orders or unforeseen courier delays.

4. Free Shipping
We do not  offer free shipping

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment.

6. Customs and Import Taxes
For international orders, customs fees and import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary depending on the destination country.

7. Issues with Delivery
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at marketing@mur.wine or WhatsApp us at +351 963 727 331. We will investigate the issue and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

8. Changes or Cancellations
If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only make changes or cancel orders if they have not yet been shipped.

9. Warehouse Pickup
You can choose to pick up your order from our warehouse:

    •    Please contact us in advance to arrange a convenient pickup time.
