Andi Mann is part of the new generation of German winemakers redefining Rheinhessen. Based in Eckelsheim, he continues a family tradition that dates back to 1699, while bringing a fresh, low-intervention approach to the vineyards and cellar.

Working around 10 hectares of organically farmed vineyards, he focuses on biodiversity and soil health, combining limestone, volcanic and sandy soils to shape wines with clarity and minerality.

Fermentations are spontaneous, with native yeasts, and wines are bottled without filtration and with little to no sulphur. The result is a range of vibrant, energetic wines that balance drinkability with a strong sense of place.
