País Rosé

This natural rosé from Chile’s Maule Valley is made from País grapes fermented wild with no additives. It’s bottled unfiltered and unfined with no added sulphites.

The wine is sharp and dry with cranberry notes and wet stone minerality; the wild fermentation contributes a prickly pear character, and red berries show up as it breathes

A zesty companion for ceviche, charcuterie or spicy tacos.
