Super JP (Gewürztraminer)

Super JP is Pépin’s pure Gewürztraminer, a varietal famous for its heady aromatics and spicy richness. The grapes are sourced from organic vineyards and fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel.

On the nose it offers aromas of lychee, rose petals and Turkish delight with hints of ginger and citrus. The palate is dry yet oily with a rounded texture and subtle bitterness that makes it surprisingly food‑friendly.

A perfect companion for spicy Thai curries or strong cheeses.
