Vi Mut
Vi Mut is a natural vermouth made by Finca Parera, a biodynamic winery in the upper Penedès region of Catalonia. The estate farms calcareous-clay soils using Demeter-certified biodynamic practices and uses its own Xarel·lo wine as a base.
The wine is infused with local herbs and yarrow honey from the family’s apiaries then matured in traditional cement tanks. No caramel or artificial flavouring is added – just pure, low-intervention vermouth, bottled unfined and unfiltered.
Expect aromas of Mediterranean herbs, citrus peel and wildflower honey with a pleasantly bitter palate balanced by sweet spice and a refreshing saline finish.
